WorkKeys scores in the 3 core areas will determine what level of the ACT WorkKeys NCRC a student is eligible to earn.
     

ATC WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (ACT WorkKeys NCRC)


Portable, evidence-based credential that measures essential workplace skills and is a reliable predictor of workplace success.

Certificates are based on WorkKeys assessment scores in the 3 core areas:

  • Bronze - score at least level 3
  • Silver - score at least level 4
  • Gold - score at least level 5
  • Platinum - score at least level 6
